  • Please allow 1-3 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed.   After this time, the shipping process will go into effect.  Our business days are Monday - Saturday.  We ship Monday - Friday. 
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted. 
  • We ship domestically.  Shipping amount is applied at checkout to orders less than $100.00.  Free shipping on orders $100.00 or more before tax.
  • Orders cannot be combined.

  • Once your package has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Simply Serendipity Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, list, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier  when there is a notice of delivery.

  • ALL approved returns are refunded back to the original payment. 
  • Damages and missing items should be reported within 72 hours from date if delivery. 
  • The customer is responsible for shipping of returned items.  Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate if when your credit will be processed. 
  • Once received, please allow 24 business hours for an approval of your return.  Approved returns will be processed with 3-5 business days.  You will receive a refund notification. 
  • Returns are subject to review.  We are not able to accept items that have been worn, washed, missing tags, (if applicable), have any detectable ofor, or pet hair.
  • If your return is not approved you and you would like the item returned to you, you are responsible for shipping.  If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.  
  • FINAL SALE items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
